Long Term Life Insurance - Why Get It?

Long Term Life Insurance is term life insurance that is taken out for an extended period of time. Most term life insurance tends to be for a period of between one and seven years, but some people prefer a longer term cover. Insurance companies have responded to this demand by offering a new range of products that fall somewhere between whole life insurance and traditional term insurance.

Normally when people want long term cover, they purchase whole life insurance, which covers them for the duration of their life, and also builds a cash value. However, if you do not wish to pay the extra premiums that are associated with the investment, then perhaps long term insurance rather than whole insurance may be the way for you to go.

These policies may be referred to as “Permanent Life” policies, and can be set up so that they are payable on demise, or at a certain age. Long term life insurance really blurs the line between whole life and term life insurance, with policies often borrowing from both structures to offer the customer even more flexibility. If you do not wish to have an accruing cash value, then you don’t have to. You can also stipulate whether you want the beneficiary to receive a lump sum payment, or monthly payments to boost income.

Unlike shorter term policies, long term life insurance does tend to be initially more expensive, though over the length of the term it may prove more cost effective than short term life insurance policies. Talking to your preferred insurance provider will give you a good idea of the options that are available out there. Then you can shop around and compare policies online, which will give you an even better idea of your options. The market is booming, so if you are looking for more flexibility in your life insurance, now is the time to look.

Are You Shooting Yourself In The Foot?

Have you ever been at a networking function talking to someone when during the conversation you felt very self-conscious trying to say the right thing? Were you afraid that maybe if you said the wrong thing the person might not find you likeable, and therefore not want to do business with you? If you have, I am about to tell you why you should not worry about it. Like the obnoxious song “Don’t Worry - Be Happy” from years ago, I want to share with you the reason why being careful about what we say works against us in the networking environment.

Our goal in business networking should be to establish new relationships and through the process of follow-up develop them over time. As with any relationship, being honest plays a very important role in that development.

When we meet someone for the first time, we want to make a good impression. Often we put on our “party face” so that we do. This can often cause us problems that we do not expect. One problem is that when we try to appear to be something that we really do not feel inside of us, we often have a fear that we are going to be “discovered”. This fear causes us to feel uncomfortable about the situation and though we may be smiling, we are really cringing inside.

Most people worry that if they just be who they are, that no one can accept them. I argue that if we do not just be ourselves, sooner or later who we really are will slip out and then we will have to deal with the consequences of being discovered. This then leads to a feeling of distrust between people.

Have you ever been in a relationship with a person of the opposite sex where you did not tell them something important early on and later had to reveal it or even worse it was revealed by accident? It leads for difficult times after that and a lot of shuffling and apologizing.

In my opinion, it is better to risk being who I am up front. To let people know exactly how I feel. People, for the most part, have a forgiving nature. They actually want to forgive. If you make a mistake and say something that can be potentially embarrassing, you can always apologize for it and be forgiven. But if you say something that is not necessarily true and are discovered later, your credibility may be permanently damaged.

If you go into a networking environment prepared to be relaxed and genuine, you will find that it is a lot more fun to be there. If you have a plan of action to really get to know people, you will be much more productive in a shorter amount of time. People will feel comfortable talking to you and you to them. In an environment of truth, more people will want to do business with you and to be around you.

Authentic enthusiasm is contagious. You will always appear to be more attractive when you are excited about what you are doing. When you are not worried about making mistakes, you will appear to be happier. Being happy about the situation will help you to smile more, and the smiling face is a natural human attractor.

So next time you attend a networking function, just be yourself. Your results will improve and you will feel better when you leave to go home. Over time, the difference will be measurable in more ways than just your income. You will find that you have more friends than you had ever imagined possible. When it comes time for the referral, your friend will remember you because friends really do refer friends.

3 Things You Should NEVER Do in a Joint Venture

A joint venture can be one of the most profitable and fastest
ways to make money on the Internet. It can also destroy your
reputation, get you ignored, or worse, accused of spam if you if
you don’t take the proper care to create a valuable offer.

There are three things you should NEVER do when creating a joint
venture proposal for a potential partner. Below are three things
NOT to do, with several tips to help you do it right.

1. Fail to Plan.
Before you send out any emails to potential partners, you
need to plan your offering, decide who you are
going to send it to, and what you expect in return.

First, create your offer. Ask yourself these questions:

What am I going to give the potential partner to make him/her
want to joint venture with me? i.e. Are you going to give the
partner a copy of the product, do you have bonuses available,
what’s the commission you are paying, are you offering a large
one time commission, or a recurring monthly commission?

My rule of thumb is to never offer less than 50 percent. What
you want to do is make the partner an offer that is not only
fair, but more beneficial up front for him/her than it is for
you.

Once you know what your offer is, you want to create solo ads, a
review, or something that the partner can plug his/her
information into so that you have something to give him/her when
you make the offer.

Include the affiliate sign up link, and make it as easy as
possible to sign up. Also include the link to the product, as
well as tell the partner how to get the download, the
membership, or whatever you are selling.

The point is, make it easy. My joint venture partners are busy
people. They don’t have time to write ads for me, or spend a lot
of time getting prepared. They need something they can set up in
a few minutes, send it out, and move on. Remember, your
potential partners are probably the same.

2. Forget to Target Your Market.
I get over 500 emails a day. Mind you, they aren’t all joint
ventures although I get a lot of those too.

The point is this: research your market. Find products,
services, memberships, etc. that complement yours. Then you have
a market.

3. Send Your Offer to the Wrong Person.
No one wants to read offers that say, “Dear Publisher”,
“Dear Friend”, or anything like that.

The first, and most important thing about creating a joint
venture is to make sure that you send it to the right person at
the right email address.

Although I don’t recommend it, you can send your joint venture
proposal to someone you don’t know provided you have properly
targeted your market. This doesn’t mean you can send your
message to 100s who just happen to be in your target market.

What I recommend you do is this: build a relationship with the
person. Build a lot of relationships with a lot of people. If
you have something relevant to say about someone’s newsletter,
write him/her.

I get so many bogus offers that when I get something I
appreciate, or I enjoy, I always write the publisher a
complimentary email. If there’s a survey, I answer it. If the
publisher needs help, and I can, I answer.

This is how great business relationships are built online. You
would be amazed at how much others are willing to help you when
you take the time to get to know them.

Finally, unless you know one of the “gurus”, and very well, I
wouldn’t advise sending them your offer. Most of them already
have joint venture arrangements in place and aren’t really
willing to work with someone they don’t know, or who hasn’t made
it to “guru” status.

There are plenty of potential partners out there with nice sized
mailing lists who are hungry for more ways to make more money.
With millions online, you have a wide range of potential
partners to choose from.

Remember, it really doesn’t matter if you sell gardening tools
or ebooks, or anything else for that matter, a joint venture can
quickly and easily add to your bottom line.

Call no man Father

Call no man Father
Matthew 23:5-23:10

Call no man Father . A look at deception and Consequences. The institution of the Christian religion was and is still based on the words of Jesus and the Holy Spirit directing men to put forth laws and statutes that are pleasing to the Father. Many have taken this law of Our Father in Heaven and made it to none effect upon this earth to millions. Some times men will say, “Its all in the interpretation.” But where in the Bible is it stated that, the Scripture is only open to private interpretation? This is a deception and misleading statement. In Matthew 23:5 we see Jesus rebuking the leadership of the Church for Vanity, lets read; Matthew 23:5-10 But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments,
And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi. The stability of the House of Israel was not upon the minds of the religious leadership at this time. Leaders were trying, as is today, to enlarge their influence upon the congregations. Making laws and rules and changing the truth of the word of God into a lie. Not stopping for a moment to see the damage that they have done neither repenting of it. These men as some are today, cannot see clearly neither can they see any farther than their own ambition. Wanting to make a name for themselves in the annals of history, but what they fail to understand, history will neither remember them nor will any of the saints of God. Ask yourself a question, Why Did Jesus come to this earth? What was so important that He gave up, Glory for abuse, a mansion for a rock, Golden Garments for Rags, Honor for Dishonor? John 8:45-49 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not. How many have been put down because they have told the truth? Mankind has gotten to the point that they would rather believe a lie instead of believing the truth. Mans truth is short lived and it is cankerous and moth eaten.
Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me? Why wont they believe the truth, message after message from the Word of God and many still reject the truth. Man has stated;” We have developed a Roadmap to Peace in the Middle East.” The facts state; U.S. Consulate in Saudi Arabia hit
An attack on the U.S. consulate in Jiddah, Saudi Arabia, left five non-American staff, four police and three extremists dead, U.S. and Saudi officials said after the three-hour long battle.
Suit against military policy on Gays, Gunfights rage in Baghdad streets. After escaping from the PA prison several months ago, Kamil returned to the Jenin region and significantly increased his involvement in Islamic Jihad activity. Kamil is responsible for both executing and directing explosive device attacks and shooting attacks against Israeli security forces operating in the Kabatya region. Kamil recruited a vast number of operatives to the Islamic Jihad infrastructure in the Jenin region.
Even after this man still calls others father. What have they done, have they delivered any from sin, have they saved a single soul, have they created anything from nothing, have they caused man to be at peace with each other, NO. They can do nothing. And what about them hearing the truth, Jesus said; He that is of God heareth God’s words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God. This was a harsh statement wasn’t it, but does this statement from Christ still hold true today? The answer is yes. Everything Jesus said and did was from the True Father in Heaven and not a man made doctrine of human fatherhood. Then answered the Jews, and said unto him, Say we not well that thou art a Samaritan, and hast a devil? {This was an example of Blaspheme of the Holy Ghost}
Jesus answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and ye do dishonour me.
{Mat 23:12-13 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.
But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.}
[ABA’SED, pp. Reduced to a low state, humbled, degraded.] Jesus in this verse declares the state of the Priest and others that dared to exalt themselves above the level of servant to the people. Jesus stated that, he came to serve and not to be served. These last few verses are the most ignored verses in Scripture, Lets read;

“But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.
And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.” Commandments from Jesus. Mark 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Matthew 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
Matthew 19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. If this were not important to the association of man to God, Jesus would not have stated these commandments. Our relationship with The Father is based upon our acceptance of Him as, Father, Counselor, Teacher, King, Master, and Almighty God. But when we put man at the same level as God then there is a breakdown in our relationship with God. “Howbeit in vain” ” But in vain’ they do worship me! Is your worship of God in vain, does he hear your prayers and petitions or does He turn His back to a adulterous and gainsaying person? Are you calling a man Holy Father, who can neither answer prayers nor forgive sin? {But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.} these men were destined for Hell, are you? Its time to think and search the scriptures, its time to hear the truth before its too late.
