An Obvious Manifestation Secret

There is a well known and very much overlooked ’secret’ that Master Manifestors use continuously. It is a very basic, simple component that sets in motion all that exists in the human world. We all know it is real and absolutely necessary. Yet the vast majority of people do their level best to avoid it.

Without this ’secret’, all dreams, hopes, wishes and well intentioned goals will remain in a keepsake box stuffed under the bed. The box will be pulled out on rainy afternoons, and its carefully saved articles dusted off and cherished once more. Some time will be spent in pondering potential possibilities, and hopefulness will expire. Great wistfulness will settle over its guardian, and with a tired resolve, the goals, ambitions and really serious potential will be carefully put to rest once more.

The real definition of potential, to put it politely, is ‘worth nothing as it sits right now’. Goals, dreams, wishes, hopes and desire have only potential without the obvious secret that can only lead to manifestation. Not worth a darn right now. There is little so common in the world as latent potential. But add the magic ingredient, and your desires will become manifest before your eyes. Pour a viscous, electric blue liquid into your keepsake box, and it will empty itself into your real world.

This secret, magic ingredient is commonly known as ‘action’. Git’r done, get it on, go, just do it, start, ACTION. This is a billion dollar concept that gifted speakers devote entire seminars to.

All desires must begin their journey into manifestation somewhere. All things already exist, but you must accept them, or go get them. You must actively allow results to happen. Take action, and get what it is you want.

Consider a sated, comfortable diner sitting after dinner at a lavish restaurant buffet. All he wanted to eat waits in shiny serving dishes. He tremendously wishes for a piece of delicious pie, but has none. Magnificent fresh pie is only across the room. Does he really want the pie itself, or is the activity of wanting pie more fun? Which will be more satisfying, wanting the desire, or fulfilling the desire? What will it take to fulfill this dream? In the diner’s case, the monumental undertaking of getting up and taking the pie will satisfy a craving.

Lose the potential, and take the action. Start and the path to success will unfold in front of you as you walk upon it. The pathway will continue as long as you wish to travel, but you must take that first step. Desire all you want, but without actually doing something about it, the reality will never manifest itself in front of you, and remain a wistful keepsake stuffed under the bed in a box.

Take action, start, and your path will reveal itself to you. Action.

Adapting Reptile Cage Plans to Suit Your Needs

Many if the people who make their own snake or other reptile
cages adapt other designs or continue to improve on the designs
they have already used.

When you adapt a cage design from basic plan you can use it to
make a reptile or snake cage to suit your own needs. You may
have a space that is not quite suitable for the size of the
original design. You may want to adapt a half built cage, a
closet or an old cupboard. You may want to make a specific
length, height or width. You may have limited access to
materials or you may have an existing stockpile of materials
that want to use.

In all cases, it is important to have a clear idea of what you
want the finished product to look like and how you are going to
construct it.

Detailed plans can contain a lot of important information for
building reptile cages, but you should remember they are not
definitive. For example many people who have used the “How to
Build Reptile Enclosures” book from this site have altered the
plans, in some cases quite significantly, to suit their needs
and their skills.

While they all acknowledge the benefits of using the book as a
launching point for their cage building, they found it helped
them think about how they might construct a snake or other
reptile cage and the sorts of things that are needed in reptile
cage eg heat mats, basking lights, UV lights, misting systems,
substrates, decorations such as artificial walls, artificial
trees and branches, and how these can be made and placed in the
cage.

It also gave them valuable information about construction
techniques, making cages stronger and some useful hints and tips.

Click here for some examples of cages made by people who
purchased the “How to build reptile enclosures” below. The
original plans have been used by each of these individuals as a
starting point for their cages and then adapted to suit their
needs and skills.

Many people do not want to adapt the cages but want to build
them exactly as described then there is enough information to
allow you to do that to. Either way, a plan is an important part
of the building process.

The main thing is to have some fun building something for
yourself and your pet (and save a bit of money).

Reseller Hosting

Reseller hosting is no different either, a reseller buys a Web
hosting package from a hosting company and tries to sell it
independently. The profit for the reseller lies in either the
discount or in the commission s/he gets from selling an account.

For example: The reseller might purchase a package whose
features are valued at $100 for $90. So, the reseller stands to
make a $10 profit on selling the package to customers. Normally
as the customers increase, so does the profit margin for the
reseller.

Or, you can get some money by earning commissions from a hosting
company. This happens when you refer potential customers to the
hosting company. If the customer signs up with the company then
you earn a small recurring commission until the customer uses
the services.

Most web hosting companies try to outsource their services to
resellers as it helps them to extend their business reach
without the cost of marketing and sales and also helps them to
concentrate on the business side of things.

As a reseller you can decide what kinds of services you can
sell. You can provide shared, dedicated or co-location web
hosting or merchant accounts, store fronts etc.

If you go with hosting then it might be useful to offer some
other hosting related services like domain names, search engines
etc.

Of course, if you have problems selling these value added
services in the beginning then you can sell them later.

The cost of becoming a reseller and the equipment and people
required in order to be successful depends on many factors.

If you just plan to earn commission by referring people to the
hosting company by using the Internet, then you do not have to
put up a lot of money, all you need is an Internet ready PC and
an Internet connection.

For a small start-up not a lot of money and resources are
required. You can purchase a good reseller package from a
hosting company by paying them some money upfront. All that is
needed is a decent computer that can manage the accounts of
customers and a good Internet connection.

It is advisable to start small if you are very new to the
concept of web hosting and reselling. Then you can expand as you
go on and start getting more and more customers in which case
offering domain registration is also a very good way to make
profits.

If you have the money and the experience then you can go as far
as buying all the server equipment required, in which case you
will also be responsible for all the server maintenance costs.

The other option could be leasing a server as this will be
cheaper than buying the server, but here as well you are
responsible for all the maintenance and running costs of the
server.

In the above two cases you also need to make sure that you have
multiple connections with the hosting company so there are no
complications in case a connection goes down.

The best thing about being a reseller is that you do not require
a lot of upfront investment.

There is no need to have a lot of technical knowledge. Account
management and Internet skills are all that is required.
However, it would be really handy if you have some sales and
marketing experience so you can interact with your customers
better.

The hosting company generally provides and maintains all the
hardware and software.

You do not need to hire a lot of IT staff to provide support.
Providing basic support and leaving the more technical issues to
the parent company support staff can be easily achieved.

Support can sometimes be delayed, as you are dependent on the
parent company to handle the technical aspects. If there is a
delay from their side then you along with your customer are
affected.

Sometimes customers leave you if they find out that you are a
reseller and not a real hosting company.

Car Loans For Graduates - Don’t Be Left Out

Car has become a necessity in today’s world. Your dad has a car
to get to work. Your mom has a car to go shopping and drive your
little sister to her dance class. Why should new graduates like
you be left behind? Graduates also need to have a car of their
own. Why should you have to feel the pain of waiting for the bus
at the bus stop? Why should you keep riding a bike while all
your friends have got a car? However, graduates do not have the
money to buy a car.

Car
loanscan help those graduates who dream of driving their own
car. Graduates who have recently got a job might find it
difficult to get a car loan since they cannot show a
regular inflow of money. Therefore, lenders might consider
giving them loans risky. Getting a car loan for graduates is not
impossible. There are many lenders who offer such loans. All you
need to do is to show your source of income.

Car loans for graduates are usually unsecured since they
do not own a property that can be offered as collateral. Just
like any other unsecured loan, such loans also carry a high rate
of interest. This is a small price to pay when you do not have a
property to put up as a security. A good thing about this is
that there is no risk of repossession.

If you want to take advantage of a secured loan, you can put up
your car as a security. This will give you the advantage of a
low rate of interest. Other benefits of a secured car
loan
include flexible repayment terms and small amount of
monthly repayments. Some car dealers offer interest free car
finance. In this case, you can pay the price of the car over a
period of time without paying interest on it. This type of car
financing scheme has certain limitations. You must be very
careful while choosing a car financing scheme

Chipping - Your Ticket to Par

Scoring in golf can sometimes be about cutting your loses. Nothing can save you more strokes than your short game. No matter how bad your swing is, a great short game will help you play a good round. This is why I call the short game “Your ticket to Par”. There are many aspects to the short game, this newsletter will cover some of the basic strategies for pitch shots. There will be more on the short game in later Newsletters.

Any lofted shot towards the green from ten or more yards away is typically called a pitch. Pitches can land on the green with a forward roll (forward spin) or with a backwards roll (backspin). Television seems to glamorize the backspin. A Tour player that lands a ball on the green past the hole and has the bell backspin toward the hole will be on the news high lights for a week. Anytime I’m on the course a someone creates backspin, it is considered a great shot.

Well, in my opinion, only shots that get the ball close to the hole are great shots. Rarely does this include backspin. On ninety percent of all pitch shots, you should play the ball with a forward spin. The goal is to have the ball land in front of the hole and roll towards the hole. Only when the pin is placed up close to the front of the green should the average player attempt backspin.

Like all golf shots visualize the shot prior to attempting the shot. Great pitchers not only have good mechanics they are also great at visualization. They pick a spot on the green that they want to land the ball and visualize it rolling toward the hole. Visualizing increases your creativity. Creativity increases your ability to make good pitches. Practice seeing the shot in your minds eye prior to executing. You will be amazed at how this simple exercise increases your confidence and your successful execution.

The biggest mistake many amateurs make is trying to scoop the ball into the air. If your timing is just right, you can get the ball airborne, however it will lack distance. The normal result from attempting to lift the ball is a skull, a low flying screamer. A golf ball is lifted into the air properly when it is compressed into the ground by the club face. This compression gives the ball lift and distance. Without compression you will loose one or both. Any iron from the five to a wedge has plenty of loft to get the ball airborne. Use your clubs loft, a lot of mechanical engineering has gone into designing those clubs. Trust me, they can do the job.

Another mistake I see many players make is attempting to hit down into the ball. Which results in a fat shot with lots of turf flying everywhere. For years golfers have been told that in order to hit a good pitch shot you need to hit down on the ball. This, however, is not entirely accurate. The goal is to hit the ball before the ground. This does not mean hitting down. A good pitch will strike the ball just before striking the ground, leaving a shallow divot. I like to see a normal arc in the swing.

Finally, all good pitches have good rhythm. The back swing, down swing and the follow through are all the same speed. With a lot of practice a great pitcher can increase the speed of their downswing with great results. For the rest of us, I recommend maintaining a good steady rhythm.
