A completely restructured small apartment complex situated in an excellent position and only a short distance from the centre and the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro.
All apartments and rooms are elegantly finished and include satellite TV, telephone and air conditioning. The ground floor apartments have a small garden. The two-roomed apartments for 4 people are composed of a double bedroom with services, kitchen area and a day area with a double-bed divan.

Services:
Reception 12 hours a day, garden with games for children, lift, covered and controlled garage 200 metres distance from the complex. If requested, there is a daily cleaning service (including cleaning the kitchen and dishwashing). In the resort there are all types of shops and services, restaurants, pizzerias and places of entertainment.

Stays: Saturday to Saturday during all periods; the week of the 10/08 to the 17/08 must be compulsorily coupled to the preceding or following week. The tariff includes: consumption of electricity and gas, final cleaning, car parking space in covered and controlled garage (200 metres distant), air conditioning, satellite TV.
Supplements:Bed linen and bath towels, 7,75 Euros (compulsory) per person per change (first change on arrival).
Optional daily cleaning (including cleaning the kitchen and dishwashing), 12,92 Euros an hour.
Baby’s cot: 3,00 Euros per day (must be ordered when making the booking). Extra bed, 10,32 Euros.

We were able to preserve - in this building which was erected according to traditional methods in 1888 - the charm and gravitas of the 19th century. It was our goal to both modernize and preserve. The facade was restored at considerable expense in 1987 - the last step towards the realization of our goal. Now, the facade itself encapsulates the Hotel Astoria’s confidence in tradition.
